Someone called me a retard.

So, I told them in order to be a retard, I would have to be first tarded, and I do not think I am in the running to play Dr Who.
So, if you travel in time once, you have been tarded, but if you travel in time twice, then you have been retarded. And, since we all travel in time, well, welcome to the human race, we are all retarded.

Sorry, but you can only answer questions yourself. I can't do that for you. I mean I could, but then you might not like the answer I give you, which may prompt you to seek your own answer, which is what you ought to have done anyway, then at least you'd be 100% satisfied with it.
