I see the gymnastics judges kowtowed to the Americans and robbed the Romanian girl of her medal and awarded it to the great fat lump of an American, Jordan Chiles, whose artistic expression is nonexistent (as it is with all the American gymnasts). There was no comparison. The Americans who submitted the objection were even surprised that the decision went their way, further torturing the Romanian by saying 'We just thought, 'what the heck, we'll give it a go' '. How 'nice'. Talk about rubbing salt in the wound.
So now the heartbroken Romanian, who had ALREADY joyfully paraded her flag, had to leave the stadium humiliated and in tears while the yanks gloated and crowed.

And next all you woke misogynists will be able to sit back and enjoy the spectacle of men bashing women in the face and getting applauded for it.

Altogether the worst Olympics ever-- nasty and offensive from beginning to end.

The gymnast routine rules clearly allow for a team to contest a scoring. They believed that a certain part of her routine was under-scored, so they used the procedures allowed to her - and allowed to the Romanian, btw, not special rules just for Americans - and the judges agreed that they underscored her routine. Why do you take that so personally?
