There was no comparison. The Americans who submitted the objection were even surprised that the decision went their way, further torturing the Romanian by saying 'We just thought, 'what the heck, we'll give it a go' '. How 'nice'. Talk about rubbing salt in the wound.
So now the heartbroken Romanian, who had ALREADY joyfully paraded her flag, had to leave the stadium humiliated and in tears while the yanks gloated and crowed.
