What's there to disagree with? He has repeatedly described the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, and thinks he aced it as an intelligence test, but it is a test for monitoring dementia.

His test results don't prove he isn't demented. You don't take the Montreal Cognitive Assessment to detect the condition, it is not a diagnostic tool.

None of his test results is published by the way, even that one. It used to be the case that whenever a president attended a hospital, the attending physician briefed the press about his health afterwards, that went away under Trump. This is because his attending physicians are unwilling to lie to the press. Now we have unexplained canula bruising on both hands, and posture and balance problems. Plus, absolutely massive adult diapers.

If you are claiming not to have noticed that Trump is a narcissist, you need to take a Montreal Cognitive Assessment at the earliest possible opportunity.
