US and Israel attack Iran
Re: US and Israel attack Iran
Trump could reverse it starting today, if he wanted to.

Re: US and Israel attack Iran
So here we are. Another war, and it doesn't look like we're getting out of it any time soon. The last war we started was under Republican George Bush. And conservatives still believe the Democrats are "evil". There are no words.
Re: US and Israel attack Iran
Since you’ve worn out all the old words and now have no words, you probably need to drop the attachment to incomprehension and broaden your scope of understanding.
Re: US and Israel attack Iran
Strange, childish reasoning. The two don't even compare.
Try this.
The Islamic regime that is an international threat, is more of an international threat with nuclear weapons.
Therefore, they should not have nuclear weapons.
They will not drop this demand.
Forty-seven years of words have worked for the regime.
They only need wait for their allies, the Democrats, to regain political power in the US.
This is a reality that escapes the equations perceived by childish reasoning, but it is the crux.

Of course. Good grief. You cannot be a serious adult.Iwannaplato wrote: ↑Sat Apr 25, 2026 5:01 pmAnd he will be defended by some of the very people he lied to most, his own constituents. Other have left him and if he continues in the same vein, even more will.

He's ... he's a liar.
Grow up. Compared to what? Biden? Harris? Obama?? Clinton? Any Democrat?
No. Compared to Fantasy.
Don't take it personally. The ration of gaslighting that accompanies the presumption that Trump and not Iran is the enemy of the West tends to funk up the room.

Three words from Iran, backed by action.
"We surrender, unconditionally."
That's all. Simple.
Sincere words, which when dealing with the religiously sanctioned lying propaganda of Iran repeated by sympathetic Western media, is an oxymoron.
Trump won't say them.
That leaves Iran.
What country do you think this is?

LOL
1) I don't like or respect those dems you mentioned. I didn't compare him to them. You have to make up stuff.
2) You can only think in teams. He's ok because the people on the supposedly only other team are bad too. That's infantile. Don't punish me for breaking the tv screen dad, Jimmy set fire to your tool box. I can see where the projection of childishness is coming from in you.
3) Of course, you don't react to the fact the conservative commentators have broken with him.
Oh, nice, make up more things I didn't say.Don't take it personally. The ration of gaslighting that accompanies the presumption that Trump and not Iran is the enemy of the West tends to funk up the room.
I'll be charitable and assume that you'll be embarrassed by your idiotic response, but not charitable enough to think you'll admit it.
No substance at all. You like him because you like him and he's no worse than people you despise as far as doing what he says. Cool.

He could use the words he's used when giving up on other stuff he's failed at though. "Nobody knew that health care could be so complicated". "Concept of a plan". Something like that, while he just leaves and does something else.

What about starting an unprovoked war is not worth speaking up about, even when words fail? People are dying unnecessarily because of that man's individual decision. I'm not sure what is more evil than that. Had someone else provoked a war, most people would rightly be speaking out against it.

So now it seems that Operation Epic Failure has been fleetingly replaced by Project Freedom, itself now on hold.
Sincere question: has Trump worked out yet what his war aims were? Or is he holding back on announcing them so he can make them match whatever the ceasefire agreement turns out to be?

70 minutes before Axios ran the story that the US was close to a "memorandum of understanding" to end the war, somebody placed 10,000 crude oil short contracts. The price of oil then fell by 12% netting that person $125 million dollars.Radagast wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2026 5:58 pm So now it seems that Operation Epic Failure has been fleetingly replaced by Project Freedom, itself now on hold.

The same pattern has been apparent every time a news story has been followed by a price drop. Trump's war aims are in that margin.

I guess we have to give some credit to Trump and his cronies. They get right to the point and have no qualms about brazenly stooping to the most flagrant abuses of power. They don't even try to hide it or dress it up. Their moto seems to be if Democrats can do it in the shadows we can do it in broad daylight. So much for the great white hope. But at least they're not bashful about it.FlashDangerpants wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2026 11:07 pm70 minutes before Axios ran the story that the US was close to a "memorandum of understanding" to end the war, somebody placed 10,000 crude oil short contracts.
