But the 'mind' the illusory conceptual dream of separation, is judgmental, it's limited, it's conditional, it's blaming, it's resentful, it's always withholding truth, favoring the lie of separation.

Re: The Illusion of Two - AKA God and You
God is just another word for EVERYTHING and everything is just another word for NOTHING... because there is nothing, absolutely nothing OUTSIDE of EVERYTHING.
Death and Life are the same one reality, they just differ in appearance that's all.

Who's this DAM? (and yes, I understand that stands for don'taskme, but who is it and who is this person you think is forgetting?)
That pointed out, of course, I realize that that is your main position and how you often like to talk. I assume you've realized I experience and believe something else, also. IOW I have experienced non-dual states but have decided that reality is more complex than that. I may respond again from my perspective on things. Here in this philosophy forum, you may find that other people present different ideas and like to talk differently from you.
I don't know how you could possibly have interpreted my posts as meaning I must have forgotten your position and preferences. For Dam, there is no duality, there is only oneness in which self to self is the greatest unconditional love story ever told.
Never mind, you'll no doubt continue to forget.
But this isn't a blog and people with other views and experience will likely respond to you.
If you think this is wrong or disrupting what you prefer to do, then ignore me. I won't take that badly, if that's an issue.

I have absolutely no problem listening to that.Iwannaplato wrote: ↑Thu Apr 13, 2023 10:41 amWho's this DAM? (and yes, I understand that stands for don'taskme, but who is it and who is this person you think is forgetting?)

For that is what is happening there in you. It's not how I see it from here.
And that is exaclty what you are doing here on this forum, responding, which I have absolutely no problem with.Iwannaplato wrote: ↑Thu Apr 13, 2023 10:41 amBut this isn't a blog and people with other views and experience will likely respond to you.

By the way, I do know what a blog is...and never once thought that this forum is my blog... I'm certainly not into blogging, I'm into philosophy, the way I understand it, and is why I am here on a philosophy forum, presenting my philosophy the way I see it here, and yes, definitely open to all responses, including yours. There is no need for anyone posting here to have a condescending attitude.
Just try to remember, that my philosophy is always of a nondual context..thanks.
My philosophy is not trying to exclude everyone elses opinion in favor of my own, it's pointing to the all inclusive always.

Once again, clarity restored. The clear made clearer.
All inclusive all ways..not just my way or the highway..but all ways.
All ways lead to the same place, namely, here. Nowhere.

If you love all unconditionally, I offer my sympathy as you have no one special in your life and you go directly against what Jesus said love was.
No wonder you spend so much time doing poor apologetics for an immoral God.

I’m saying there is only here unconditional freedom which is love.Greatest I am wrote: ↑Thu Apr 13, 2023 7:01 pmIf you love all unconditionally, I offer my sympathy as you have no one special in your life and you go directly against what Jesus said love was.

You can interpret that to mean anything you like which you have done. Your words not mine. Your thoughts not mine.

Get the dictionary definitions and apply them properly, stupid.
Show where love and freedom are synonyms and why no one is special in your life.

I don’t know what you mean by claiming I’m an apologist for an immoral god. I’m simply pointing to the nondual nature of reality which is free and unconditional, sometimes regarded as love within the dream of separation which is all there is.Greatest I am wrote: ↑Thu Apr 13, 2023 7:01 pmIf you love all unconditionally, I offer my sympathy as you have no one special in your life and you go directly against what Jesus said love was.

Ok I get it, I’m stupid at applying what I’m trying to communicate. I’ll own that stupidity.Greatest I am wrote: ↑Thu Apr 13, 2023 7:13 pmI know. But it won’t stop me trying to communicate that the only real love is unconditional and free. And that there is only this, namely the beloved..

I don’t even know what you mean by making that statement. What’s that got to do with anything I’m saying here?Greatest I am wrote: ↑Thu Apr 13, 2023 7:13 pm

The onus is on you to make clear what you mean by that, because I haven’t the foggiest idea what you mean. Neither do I care to be honest.
It seems that you have some really strange aversions and hang ups about the word GOD being used in philosophy as if it’s a poison in your belly or something.
But it’s ok I’ve heard all this stuff before by people like you, you’re words are nothing special.
Re: The Illusion of Two - AKA God and You
This is how we love. Until we learn this… we will never understand the true and real meaning of what love is.

You cannot show anything or any non-dualistic notion that I cannot refute.
Prove me wrong and show you are not talking out of your ass.
You do not seem to know much about love.
Let me help you recognize that in our dualistic reality, when we create a love bias, we automatically form a hate bias that lays low bur always there in case that which we love is put in jeopardy.

Communicating well is always hard and you being loose with definitions does not help.
I gave evidence for duality.
I await your offer, or absence, if you cannot form a decent argument or apologetic.

You are both right and wrong.
We are all in this together, but we are also alone.
Your " I am " moment, came before your "we are" moment.
As I said, we are not that far apart, but unless we agree on definitions, ------------
