The external world is your mirror. And you are not separate from the mirror. You are the mirror interacting with yourself. Loving yourself.

We can discuss this issue here if you want. But first say whether you believe that the world is continuous or not.
We do not need to discuss the hunger to belong, it's a false dicotomy. As no thing belongs to you. You are everything.

I don't know what you mean by hunger to belong. I meant to say discrete or continuous doesn't belong to forum about religion.Dontaskme wrote: ↑Sun Feb 12, 2023 11:18 amWe do not need to discuss the hunger to belong, it's a false dicotomy. As no thing belongs to you. You are everything.
As for whether the world is continuous or not, it's obviously self-evident that it is, just the simple act of observation is proof enough.
No looker, nothing to look at.

I have no idea what you are talking about in the above reply. You are quite welcome to make this as technical as you want, but that will be wasted on me.K1Barin wrote: ↑Sun Feb 12, 2023 11:54 am

About continuous or not, I disagree with you. My reason for one thing is discrete and continuous are themselves two opposite things. And opposite things are discrete from each other and are not continuation of each other. I and you are independent, and we make independent choices, or we would not be I and you. There are many opposite sides of things in the universe that are discrete from each other, and they are not continuation of each other.
I believe every fundamental particle in the universe has an independent choice of its own. And the universe is discrete.
I've already explained it to you...here it is again >
Well, sorry. I didn't mean to cast out anything. I thought maybe it would be opposed by others to discuss discrete and continuous which is a official discussion in philosophy in religion forum.Dontaskme wrote: ↑Sun Feb 12, 2023 12:23 pmI've already explained it to you...here it is again >

Throwing out the idea that something doesn't belong here, implies one is being cast out of it's own kingdom, and that to me implies that the one cast out, would then be in hunger to belong to the kingdom again. Even though, nothing can be cast out of it's own kingdom, as you well know.
And one thing. As love that is usually called (sex), there are opposite needs. Dualities with mutual needs are that way. Same with animals and green plants, and matter and energy. Sometimes opposite mutual needs are necessary for Love.Dontaskme wrote: ↑Sun Feb 12, 2023 12:15 pmI have no idea what you are talking about in the above reply. I am only responding the OP topic in my own words, which I understand as my being my own unique understanding as to what God is.
For me here, there is only The Beloved, which is nothing and everything simultaneously.
Of course everything being discussed here belongs to the religious forum. I don't know what you mean by saying it doesn't.
Religion is an aspect of nondual philosophy.
Religion simply states that...( “I and my Father are One.” ) < that quote is a Nondual expression.
Meaning, there is no relationship/division here. All there is, is this immediate ONE without a second Nondual reality.
The I is just another word for self-evident 'empty presence', which is just another word for 'empty fullness'
The I of all that is...has NO biological Father.
And that is just more of the dream of The Beloved.
You are pointing as everything out going inward to one. And I am pointing to one going outward to everything. I can understand you.Dontaskme wrote: ↑Sun Feb 12, 2023 1:19 pmAnd that is just more of the dream of The Beloved.
The Absolute Beloved has no need to be, it is already. It is this infinite being for eternity. It's already Self-fulfilled in it's own Self-fulfilling prophecy, absolutely pregnant with infinite possibility, many of the ONE
The dualities you speak of are within the artificial dream of separation, where there is the apparent sense of I here separate from you there, but which is in fact just the dream of The Beloved aware of it's own dreaming. In a dream there is a duality where there is the observer and the observed, apparently two, but always ONE as the dreamer is inseprable from the dream.
Then you should have said it would be ''opposed'' and not said it (''does not belong'') cuz by saying it ''does not belong'' is insinuating it ought to be cast out of the discussion in favor of your own personal positional view of the OP instead.
There is neither Out nor In.
Yes, and good for you, the dream of separation is where all the fun and horror is. It's where all the action is. It's both beautiful and ugly.
Whatever we discuss, it will all be the same one love action dreaming difference where there is none.
Sorry. My English is poor.
