Existence is that you are there and that there is other than you.

You are not the other and the other is not yourself.

If this is the ultimate Truth, this is dualism.

However, if you start to suspect that this is not quite the Truth... here is the idea of ​​non-dualism.

Bye the way, I've heard drain cleaner is very good for cleaning out those stubborn blockages. I use it all the time, I wouldn't recommend swallowing it though, I mean that could possibly kill someone. And be careful not to use that sort of insane lingo around young children.

You can not. If you actually engage in this simple test you will find that you can't stop thinking for more than a few seconds. You will find that your base state is not happiness and contentment, but of a continuous flow of random thoughts and emotions

Your ego will attempt to slough this information off as irrelevant but it is most relevant. It is a fact that you do not have control over your own mind. This uncontrollable mind IS THE SOURCE OF YOUR DELUSION. How can one see that they can't stop thinking and yet still think they are sane?
