Philosophy is filled with problems and mystery

Post by Philosophy Explorer »

What I mean by this is when you solve one problem or a mystery, it often happens more problems and mysteries pop up (this is why I don't think science will ever put philosophy out of business).

Any comments?

The Self is mindless, thoughtless, it has no problem.. and is why it will always invent one as and through the mind. Imagine that!

If I were you, and had your level of insight, Wonderboy, I would walk around town, urging people to keep taking breaths of air, because if they don't, they will asphyxiate.

It's like the Chinese curse, 'may you have a long life filled with many interesting problems to solve'. Or something like that.

Philosophy necessitates an inherent loop.
