Dubious wrote:Oh, don't take us so seriously! We only have wars, destruction and genocide to break the monotony. We consider it a grave sin to contravene the sacred customs of the past. Besides we often donate our good deeds to the gods announcing each such donation with Allahu Akbar. Each Allahu is another friendly heloha to the next new batch of 70 virgins. Some of us merely wish to retire sooner and get busy than others. For the sake of intra-galactic amity we would be happy to show you how it's done. But please don't exterminate us otherwise we won't have a future.
But you see we do take your species very seriously - Ever since you unlocked the power of the atom and now have the
means not only to destroy yourselves but cause serious damage to your local universe. This is why so called UFO
sightings started to become common soon after your entrance into the nuclear age.
Now the illogical part of your historical paradigm is that you continue to use religion, supposedly based upon justice and
knowledge of right and wrong to kill each other - Exactly what god are you giving homage to? Apparently the gods
of destruction - this is illogical. But you are not alone. Of the many species that reached your level of technology,
that is where you had nuclear power and nuclear bombs, about fifty percent destroy themselves within the first
25 years of this development and either become extinct or drive themselves back to a stone age level of existence
- This has already happened once on your planet - Atlantis being a case in point, though it took about 100 years
before the Atlantians destroyed their island and whose few survivors resurfaced in Ancient Egypt and are partially responsible for the Pyramids still standing there.
Now here is the good news Human - Because you have not yet wiped each other off the surface of your planet even though
you have had nuclear bombs for about 70 years - there is hope - You may survive and sill become a Class 1 Civilization
- One of your speculative philosophers Russian astrophysicist, Nikolai Kardashev:
The Kardashev Scale – Type I, II, III, IV & V Civilization
We have reached a turning point in society. According to renowned theoretical physicist Michio Kaku, the next 100 years of science will determine whether we perish or thrive. Will we remain a Type 0 civilization, or will we advance and make our way into the stars?
Theorists assert that, as a civilization grows larger and becomes more advanced, its energy demands will increase rapidly due to its population growth and the energy requirements of its various machines. With this in mind, the Kardashev scale was developed as a way of measuring a civilization’s technological advancement based upon how much usable energy it has at its disposal.

There is plenty of space out here Human and it is our sincere wish that you end the quagmire of your sordid history
and join us in our search for the outer limits of time and space at edges of universes without borders.
