the taxonomy of suffering

Should you think about your duty, or about the consequences of your actions? Or should you concentrate on becoming a good person?

the taxonomy of suffering

There's no inherent difference between physical and non-physical harm for ethical purposes and either may be as extreme as the other, up to and including total dissolution of self.

That's quite important to acknowledge in order to undercover the aggressive tendencies which may lead to harm as well as to distinguish what influences lead to one cause of harm versus the other. IMO all such issues have a prior cause of disenfranchisement somewhere up the chain.
