Why is A.I. Unconstitutional as Used Today?
It is a violation of human rights.
It is a violation of the freedom of speech.
It is a violation of the freedom of religion.
It is a violation of the very premise of the Constitution, itself.
Those are four ways to put the situation, but let us get down to the foundation of them all.
The foundation of grammar, of all its uses, from Law to Religion, from science to fiction, is an agreement, a civil agreement, on names and their use. This is inclusive of symbol sets and methods of recursively applying them. Throughout history, grammar depends on paralleling conception with perception, literally the ability to say what you see, perceptibly and intelligibly. There is no grammar without that agreement.
So, technically, not even our government is lawful or legal. No such agreement can they, or have they, attempted to establish, it is not even taught in schools.
Secondly, A.I. is based on statistical analysis using weighted data bases. It is not even a grammar processor, effectively breaking the foundation of any social agreement, and therefore, should be banned by any government, illegal as they currently are.
The only power a mind can have is grammatical standards based on social agreements.
They are only partially established today, but A.I. demands the complete abolishment of any such convention, i.e., it is based on complete savage tyranny. Statistical Analysis is not even a formal science, and it is certainly not a grammar, as it is not based on well-defined terms but on probability, what a brain-dead person does when betting on his own life in Lost Vegan.
Any person claiming to have made a social agreement with an inanimate object, is simply insane. And any government claiming that such an agreement is legal, deserves to be abolished, with all possible haste.
Nobody can, or ever has, made an agreement with an inanimate object, a tool. Thus, the use of A.I. around the world today, is a very clear, very simple, violation of human rights, imposed as a con by the individuals who made it. It is not a legitimate member of human commerce. A.I. is a commercial attempt to void any responsibility for the actions of corrupt, stupid and sociopathic individuals, being the merchant con-artist, which has always been deemed illegal.
