My internet was down for over a half hour in the middle of the night. Today, upload speeds are a lot faster. I have fiber, and they checked out for speed when installed, but still, something has changed.
What h as changed is a fiber competitor is laying lines. Companies are known to allow speeds tested by checkers to function without hindrance, however, when you load an actual file they choke the speed, illegal but they do it anyway. So, I think, they may have removed the choke because now they have a competitor. If they are using the same trunk line, then they would have to remove the choke.
