That is the point. No. Seller disappeared. all pages, dening me contractual rights by eBay. Ebay made them disappear, without notification. That is not, to my knowledge legal.

Please understand that an eBay contract is not automatically removed when the listing is no longer available. The contract is attached to the transaction itself and not to the seller's listing.

Some may not understand what is going on, an invoice is not the same as the description and definition and terms of the thing defined. eBay refused to account for that and simply close the chat.

The invoice does in no way, define the terms which generated that invoice. i.e. the original page is the contract. Now, eBay usually preseves that page until the contract is concluded to everyone's satisfaction. Why did they break protocol here?

Anyway, before this chat happened, I filed a complaint with BBB they have taken the complaint and have contacted eBay, they are waiting for a response from eBay.
