According to the religion that worships the fake divinity of a supposedly holy hominid and his single mother, that is, Christianity:
(1) one of their clergymen must initiate the deal with a ceremony
(2) the government is to set the terms and conditions of the deal
In my opinion:
(1) It is of no use to conduct ceremonies in the name of fake divinities
(2) The government does not give you any recourse in the case of counterpart misconduct or nonperformance ("no fault")
You can still make a deal. However, you must not involve any fake divinities nor any government.
Every valid solution in life, no exception, starts by spitting, peeing, and shitting on Christianity.
