I'm glad to join this community. I've always been interested in philosophy, although I've mostly approached it as an amateur through books and online discussions.
My main interests revolve around ethics, political philosophy, and social debates, especially how philosophical concepts help us navigate complex and sometimes controversial topics.
I also have a soft spot for epistemology, I find it fascinating how different frameworks shape the way people interpret reality.
Looking forward to learning from all of you and participating in the discussions.
It might be time to get some threads on the go in the ethical theory board again, the guy who ruined all conversation there for several years seems to be disillusioned now.

The forum's been crashing a lot because of bot attacks. They often infiltrate the 'Introduce yourself' thread and pretend to be human. It's quite hilarious to see how easily the more gullible on here are fooled

Now, here, is ANOTHER PRIME example of ABSOLUTE STUPIDITY, itself.
Besides the Fact of BELIEVING 'things' MAKES one 'STUPID', in and of itself anyway, 'this one' ACTUALLY CHOOSES TO BELIEVES 'things' JUST BECAUSE another SAID SO.
Also, NOTICED it did NOT JUST ANSWER and CLARIFY A VERY SIMPLE CLARIFYING QUESTION.

In this case....the 'other' that 'said so,' is you.
So, sarcasm is not your forte.
