What many people fail to recognize, in claiming that something is or is not Constitutional is that we have the explicit statements of the Constitution itself, but we also have, by the Constitution itself, implicit Laws.
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
So, take for example, the Declaration of Human Rights signed, under the Authority of the United States back in, what" 1945. Why is it, that to this day, our government refuses to comply with it, States refuse to comply with it?
Where are the people protesting this? That our own Federal and State judges are all acting Un-Constitutionally?

One of the implications of A6C2 is that when one askes for a copy of the Constitution, so that the people know the supreme law of the land, they must include not only every treaty made by our legislators, but it also means there there can be no such thing as secrete or confidential, or under the table treaties made.
