The Meaning of Life
Many Great philosophers have been trying to give the best possible answer to the most mystical question: "What is the meaning of life? Where did we come from? Why are we even here, and where will we be after inevitable death? This puzzle also bugs me every time I ask it to myself. I posit that we are all here to perform our duties and become a part of this vast universe mechanism journey. I believe that this is true for everyone here on Earth, including aliens. Just like our journey becomes memorable due to small components or activities we perform on a daily basis, this universe also needs small components to make this grandiose journey beautiful. I believe that every single human being is destined to do great things and is given free will to explore their duty and responsibilities here on earth. It is up to human beings to find the true meaning of their life. It could be becoming a saint by living a virtuous life or doing extraordinary things to positively impact the world. There are many worthwhile ways to live one's life, such as pursuing a great adventure that has greater benefits for society. Even a small act of kindness can add great joy for someone else. Thus, doing activities that benefit others can truly make one's life meaningful. As Socrates says, "Unexamined life is not worth living." Self-reflection, questioning, and seeking wisdom are great ways to make our lives worthwhile. Some human beings are just born and die. They enjoyed their lives while they were on Earth. What if that's the way we should be? What if arguing about the meaning of life is unnecessary? What if we do not have any purpose in life? We just become conscious for a second as compared to the timeline of the universe, and we vanish into eternal darkness forever.
