Two Senses of Mind-Independence

Re Moral facts and objectivity, there are two senses of human-mind-independence.
1. FSERC relative independence sense
2. Philosophical realists' absolutely mind independence sense.

1. FSERC relative independence sense
Whatever is fact, reality, truth and objectivity is contingent upon a human-based framework and system [FSERC].

The empirical realists accept whatever is empirical and empirical-externalness as very real and independent of the human conditions BUT within the human-based common and conventional sense or FSERC.

Thus the apple on the tree outside in my garden is an external reality independent of my human conditions within the common and conventional sense or FSERC.
The approaching train on the track I am standing on is very real and independent of my human conditions within the common and conventional sense or FSERC, so I will immediately jump of the rail track to ensure I am not smashed to pieces.

Since the above independence is contingent upon a human-based FSERC, it follows logically, whatever the independence, it cannot be absolute but relative to the human-based conditions.


2. Philosophical realists' absolutely mind independence sense.
Philosophical Realists like PH et al. claim that things and reality are absolutely independent of the human mind and conditions.
This absoluteness is to the extent that things e.g. moon existed, exists and will exists regardless of whether there are humans or not.
This claim of absolute mind-independence is very primal, psychological, ideological and fundamentalistic.
