a path to save America....

in thinking about this, we can think back into
our evolutionary history and come up with a plausible theory
as to the beginning of ethics/morals....

I believe that ethics/morals were created to prevent
conflicts... conflict resolutions are one of the greatest problems
that exists within a society/state...and the way that was done
for the millions of years of pre-history was the creation of
ethics/morals/etiquette... the tribes of yesterday, could have
been involved in long drawn-out blood feuds within a tribe,
between families of that tribe.. and we can see today, the effects
of blood feuds like the famous Hatfield/ McCoy feud...
a blood feud that lasted generations... one of the valuable
aspects of ethics/morals is to prevent such a feud from happening...
one of the primary facts of ethics/morals is that it helps keeps
the society, state, civilization stable, equal, and feud free....

my guess would be that early humankind had such feuds and the solution,
after the fact, was the creation of morals/ethics...which was to prevent
such incidents...

another concept that was developed during this long time period,
was justice.. as I have defined justice as equality, we can see how
justice/equality can be used to prevent feuds... we can upon reflection,
see how the concept of justice/equality can be used to help with
conflict resolution... if we are treated equally, then that simple
step can help prevent conflicts from happening... for even dogs
will protest unequal treatment in test concerning food...
if one dog gets more food than the other dogs, they will equally
walk away from the test.. this has been scientifically proven...

and in the today, if we treat someone unequally, like one person
is treated differently, above the law because of titles or fame or
money, that unequal treatment can cause conflicts within a society/
state....and that is one reason why IQ45 must be treated the same
as all the other people... or we get, which is what we are getting,
conflicts... one sure way to prevent conflicts is to treat everyone
equal... or be treated with equal justice...

this is one path we can use to lower the temperature of America...
by treating IQ45, as we would treat anyone in America equally charged...

and we can see how, in the past, how inequality has created conflicts...
we can see how the treatment of blacks in terms of slavery, created
conflicts in America before the Civil War...and we also see how the
Jim Crow laws also created conflicts in America after the Second World War...
and the fight for equality/justice has, in large part, been the history of
America over the last 60 years or so... from women's liberation
to gay rights to blacks being able to vote to our modern day conflict
over trans people and drag shows...... these conflicts are due to
the attempt to limit people's right to be who they are..... to treat
people equally and with justice, limits how much conflict can occur...

and we will continue to have social conflicts as long as we are engaged
in treating people differently, unjustly.... the Culture wars of the last
40 years has only created conflicts in America, and nothing more....
and the way to end these conflicts is to end these attacks on the
people who are being attacked, gays, trans, women, people of color,
the poor....

you want to blame the current crisis of America, you can put
the blame squarely on Ronald Raygun... for he brought
the culture wars out into the open and made them a part of the
GOP strategy to win elections.... the racists aspects of the current
GOP/MAGA party stems from Raygun's culture wars..

you want to bring back tranquility and peace in America,
end the culture wars which is bringing about conflicts
which come from the practice of injustice and inequality
being practice on American citizens....end the war on 'WOKE"
end the war on trans/gays people and end the culture wars....

but then the GOP/MAGA party would have nothing to run on..
would they?

now one might say, we are allowed to have free speech in America....
as IQ45 is saying right now... but the fact is that unlimited free speech
will cause conflicts.... if I walk up to someone and call them a "fat faggot"
then I am, by my "free" speech, I am creating conflict... and so
we limit speech as to prevent conflicts.... and that is right...
one of the goals of a society/state is to limit the amount
of conflict that exists within a state/society....
and the second primary goal is to hold to conflict resolution
as a means of maintaining order and stability in that state/society...
and one of the ways to lessen conflicts is to limit speech...

how else can we practice conflict resolution?
or how do we prevent conflicts from happening both
individually or collectively?
