Canned Kipper Fish/ Sardines: How to Eat?

I'm traditionally avoidant of seafood, unless it comes defried in a square shape.

So I'm thinking of packing one in my rucksack as a emergency ration.... I've only fed these things to cats before. How do you eat one? Do you pick the bones out for a hour, or swallow the head? Do they come with poopie fish intestines? How many equals a meal? I know kipper is a breakfast food in the UK. So someone here knows how to eat one of these.

What we British do to eat a kipper is rub our anus cavity with butter and then shove the kipper up our arse. Obviously if you are an American, this will prevent you from any breakfast conversation, but rest assured that any companions around the breakfast table will welcome you being rather mute.

I just looked it up.... it is kosher to eat fish with butter at the same time- usually you can't mix meat and dairy. I haven't been able to find any kosher laws prohibiting fish up the ass canned or otherwise. I suspect it is haram in Islam, and unlikely to be acceptable in Hinduism.
