A person who is actively engaged in their own well-being must want to stretch their freedom legs on occasion, and that means breaking rules and breaking laws and doing things that are inherently dangerous to themselves or others, and to some extent that's a right.

It's a nice topic to bring up on hot day in an appropriate setting with a lovely companion and adult beverages.
