Putin's Philosopher

Post by RWStanding »

Putin’s Philosopher
Alexander Dugin, a fascist political strategist who has been dubbed 'Putin's Philosopher
He and Putin appear to be relatavists who do not think there is fundamental ethical ‘right and wrong’. They are a form of nationalist, and we should simply accept that as an equal philosophy to democracy.
In fact they do not even accept equality and are making war against democracy.
The plain answer is that Putin is a dictator and tyranny is not compatible with altruist democracy or personal autonomy [none of which are compatible with lawlessness and social chaos].
To the altruist, or person who belives he is, everything incompatible with that belief must be opposed, or held at arms length if that is the limit of pragmatism. Those who vaunt fundamental ‘virtue and vice’ are rather dangerous because all they can base that on is authority and indeed authority that cannot be questioned. In other words nothing. Or they say that ‘god’ is ‘good’ which leaves even more questions unanswered.
Ultimately all the altruist can do is try to convince others that it is the most pragmatic philosophy, or else take up arms.
The ‘god’ of altruists is that in itself.

Didn't Dugin's daughter get blowed up with a car bomb? Yesterday? Day before?

Smokin' Joe, at it again.

"Didn't Dugin's daughter get blowed up with a car bomb?"

I believe the proper past tense use of the phrase is 'blown up', Henry.

Fuckin yanks and their English.

I would not call it "English".
