I just want to let everyone who posts and reads at this forum that everything I,namely( DAM) has said on this forum has literally been made up. All of my so called knowledge about the nature of reality, has literally been pulled from out of what can only be this ever elusive mysterious ether, devoid of any knowledge about itself, and yet, has appeared as the complete opposite insofar as it appears as though knowledge is really known...
In reality, I know absolutely nothing about the origins of myself, namely, the self I am known as and through knowledge. So I do not even know who or what is speaking the words I am saying, or why I am saying them. I have no idea as to what I am talking about, or thinking about, or why I believe the things I am speaking of.
All I am doing is making everything up as I journey through this mystery of being. When it comes to knowledge, I have only imagined it into existence, simply because I have no other method of knowing anything, except via my own mental construction of knowledge, known as a mind, whatever that is, I have no idea.
I do not even know what a mind is, except what I believe or make up using words. I do not even know what words are except as mysterious noises coming out of the throat of a human body.
Everyone of us have been born into the same one reality, we're all sharing this same mystery of being, we are all in the same predicament of having to muddle through the same mystery of being that is common to every single one of us. None of us really know what we are doing here, or what we are talking about, we are all just muddling through the same pretense we know what we are doing and talking about, when in reality, nothing really knows anything.
Every single word that has ever left my lips have been inseparable from this mystery. Therefore, every word I have uttered is a mystery even to itself.
Words are crap, because words fail to know truth, words only pretend to know truth, truth is, there is no truth, except in this conception, the unknown conception of I who pretends to know, but in reality, cannot possibly know. In the same context I knew nothing prior to my birth. And will know nothing after the death of my birth. The part where knowing is known is actually a mystery that can never be known.

I have never really known what I am talking about.

Since you use words so much and have no respect for their relationship to truth, this article about the Master Phony may serve as an objective benchmark to gauge just how good it is you are, at what you do.
Because he is a Master Of The Phony (not pony), he is the Darling of the Left, and probably running the White House behind the scenes through the say anything, do anything, Susan Rice.

“The president (Obama) is more concerned about the effect of his words than their relation to fact.”
Many years ago, I was a member of a committee that was recommending to whom grant money should be awarded. Since I knew one of the applicants, I asked if this meant that I should recuse myself from voting on his application.
“No,” the chairman said. “I know him too — and he is one of the truly great phonies of our time.”
The man was indeed a very talented phony. He could convince almost anybody of almost anything — provided that they were not already knowledgeable about the subject. He had once spoken to me very authoritatively about Marxian economics, apparently unaware that I was one of the few people who had read all three volumes of Marx’s Capital and had published articles on Marxian economics in scholarly journals. What our glib talker was saying might have seemed impressive to someone who had never read Capital, as most people have not. But it was complete nonsense to me.

Re: I have never really known what I am talking about.
How do you know what you know?
All you have to do is go back to the point of origin, the source of knowledge.
You were born wordless...although you were able to release certain noises, like crying...but you had no words.
Words came to you from other people, the first people in your life spoke words to you, which you learnt to mimic. We are like some kind of echo chamber bouncing words off of each other...and is how we learnt to understand ourselves as and through this language that just came out of the ethers, from literally nowhere...and yet built up over time to become a human story.
You, and everyone who came before you went through the exact same experience known as mimicking words. Until we all agreed that these words would give the impression there was some kind of meaning to being alive. Words were like a tool we used to make sense of what in reality is unknowable. So it was as and through our knowledge, meaning was born and seemed to fix the problem of this elusive mystery. Words then triggered the belief structure. The human narrative became a reality that we believed to be real.
Yes, folks, you are all like parrots. Repeating the same old narrative over and over again, this is how the belief in what is being spoken came to be so real, because it was repeated so many times over thousands of years of human evolution.
Now, imagine humans never learn to talk..imagine they were just mute creatures, like cats and dogs, who just make meowing or barking noises...that is the true state of what reality is..there is nothing more to it than that simple not-knowing beingness. We are being..and that's all we can know...we know we are being because for anything to be at all, be it real, unreal, apparent, conceptual, abstract, permanent, shifting... even for concepts like unconscious and nothingness to have an ontology or meaning... necessitates Source - it's innescapable.
Everything is source and there is nothing that is not source, source is all there is. This is it.
Source is never not here because there is no other source than here, now-here.
Source is silence, all noise is silence sounding, and it's inextinguishable.

Re: I have never really known what I am talking about.
I've personally been through many mental mazes that are other peoples stories...but there comes a time when you have to slow right down as you draw nearer and nearer to the eventual impasse where no further entry is forbidden. That is when you come face to face with the actual truth.
Along the way, there are many truths spoken by sages and philosophers alike...many will resonate with you, but ultimately, you will find your own resting point and go no further. You will see truth has never left you because there is no other truth than what you are right now, right here right now, nowhere. This is it baby.
Truth seekers tread many paths to truth. Many paths lead to the same one destination...all we have to do along the way is to remember to eat the grapes and spit out the seeds.
