the sadism of cancel culture
the sadism of cancel culture
All of us would have done something differently in the past IF we had our current information or understanding at that time, but we didn't, so we couldn't. The mistakes of the past can Only be judged in relation to the circumstances in which they happened, not according to current morality based on current information.

Exactly, but wokies aren't known for their towering intellect. Threats and mob gatherings on twitter are about their limit.

Regret nothing.
But you cannot expect to be excused either.
Hitler was a c*nt, and could have only acted the way he did based on his situation, character and life experience.
He was still a c*nt and as guilty has hell for his actions.
I guess we'll just have to reward, punish and blame and shame people for who they are/were, not just their deeds.

Stupid example. Plenty of vile murdering bastards of the past are now lauded as 'heroic' and 'great leaders'. So much hypocrisy.
