There needs to be a section for applied philosophy generally, like:

If you spent the energy on preparation that you spend on worry you'd have nothing to worry about.

I'd rather you put all your aphorisms in one thread...you got, what?, two dozen runnin' right now, many dead-ended

have one thread for your short thoughts: if any particular bit of pith inspires conversation, then start a thread on it...those bits of pith that fall flat with folks, that inspire no conversation, leave threadless
