To know the writer of the story, it would have to be made into a character known within the story. The knower,writer,reader, of the story cannot be known by the characters in the story.. the story is unwritten, meaning it's written by no character, for the character is a fictional character already within the knower, writer, reader.
Characters do not know, they are being known.

I know telepathy is a fact. Facts are knowledge experienced, which are appearances of not-knowing, they are known to the mind, all minds are one mind.
not-knowing oneness knows all minds. . aka appearances, aka knowledge.
