Because there is only (Knowing) without knowing. . .in other words...Not-knowing.

To know the writer of the story, it would have to be made into a character known within the story. The knower,writer,reader, of the story cannot be known by the characters in the story.. the story is unwritten, meaning it's written by no character, for the character is a fictional character already within the knower, writer, reader.

Characters do not know, they are being known.

The thoughts are the created story. The gap between the thoughts is what knows, reads and writes the story.
