NONCONCEPTUALITY

Reason for life:

The mental and physical realms are a divine game.
The goal of the game is to escape the game.

Suffering:

Suffering is the clue in the game reminding us of the goal. The further you are from the goal the more you suffer; the closer you are to the goal the less you suffer.

Self Awareness Evaluation:

Sit in a still, quiet room and for one hour do not move or think. The degree to which you are able to sit in perfect contentment (happiness) is the degree to which you are Self aware.

Shifting Awareness:

Imagine the din of a crowd. You can, without turning your head, shift awareness to isolate and listen to individual conversations.

Escape:

The way to escape is by shifting awareness away from thoughts and sensations and resting in the awareness itself. Awareness is Self.

Practice:

When it is noticed that focus is on thought or sensation, turn awareness inward onto thought free awareness (Self).

Liberation (winning the game):

Unintermittent Self Awareness is liberation. Such is the end of suffering.

Dying before you die is not for the faint of heart, it's hard to die, but in the end it's all nothing but a living death.

Addiction to living is just like a religion. A religion is whatever we idolise. And whatever we idolise, ends up owning us, until we break free from these self imposed shackles.
