Refined sugar is lethal when ingested by humans because it provides only that which nutritionists describe as empty or naked calories. Gosh, what a terrible designer God that came up with the twisted idea of creating sugar, that's just so sweet and yummy so that you could literally eat it all day long, only to find out it's going to kill you. Argh!! how fucked up is that?

Thanks for the giggle. But it wasn't God/Nature that created it. Natural sugar cane goes through so many man created processes to become white sugar (our "nutritional hero in white") that there's virtually nothing nutritious left in it.

All processes are Gods ways. There is only God's story aka (History) a fable that can be told and known.

I do promote rules, but they're not perfect because I'm just
a god, not God. I do my best to see that my rules are as close
to God's rules as possible, which shouldn't be too difficult,
because we are God.

God/Nature makes the rules. God is the rules.

Ah, so that is what you believe/think. I do not think there are any rules. But we are free to pretend and to make them up from our human physical/material mentality, in whatever way we feel inclined. And then we might even assign them to some idea of a god that we like to think ourselves associated with. Then, too, we can claim to know "the rules" and direct others.
