Yeah, I want a challenge...veritas is getting boring.
I want to know who is going to rape my future, I want flowers first while my ass is still tight.

per WP:
Fully functioning sex robots exist. In 2017, the "Harmony" sex doll was created, which can speak and make facial expressions.

Hi John, how are you?
To respond to your suggestion, I think yes, it should be possible to discuss AI around here. My suggestion, though, if you allow me one, would be to select an appropriate section of the forum to open a thread accordingly. For example, if you want a discussion about the ethical aspects of AI, then chose the ethics section. If you want to discuss the mathematical aspects of AI you can opt for the mathematics section. AI is such a vaste topic that you can even consider it from a political perspective! But as you must be aware already to get into a serious discussion about any topic, the participants must have at least some basic understanding of the subject matter. This would be the main hurdle IMHO you will need to overcome here, in addition to the willingness of the potential participants.

It's been done. I've done it myself, on various occasions. It lines up this way:
1. The Technocredulous -- people who have a naive belief that what you "see" in AI is what you really "get." They get very angry if you suggest that AI is artificial, but not genuinely intelligent. Some are even techno-collectivists or Extropians, so you're challenging their "religion" if you raise questions.
2. Technoskeptics -- people who, for various reasons, express principled reservations that with AI, what you "see" is what you actually "get." Some insist it's impossible for the artificial ever to become intelligent. Some point out that it's conceptually deceptive, or even impossible. Others, that it's technically fraught, and possibly dangerous. Others that it's biologically unthinkable or morally dubious.
So it's possible. But what do you want to do with it? And which side do you want to take?

I think he wants to actually debate an AI.
I do too. C'mon, you Mechanical Minds! Let's go to town!

What's to know?
Me: natural intelligence.
Skynet: artificial intelligence.
Let's do this, Robot Overlords!

I say: even if we can craft true artificial intelligence, we ought not to.
Such a thing would be alien and want to mate with our women.
Did we learn nuthin' when Mars came a'knockin'?
Did we learn nuthin' from the catastrophic failure of the Heuristically Programmed ALgorithmic Computer nearly twenty years ago?
Did we learn nuthin' from the Skynet debacle?
And what about the giant alien, shape-shifting robots with their alien war? A war imported to our planet, a war in which children aided and abetted these morphing machines, machines that even now hide openly on our streets.
