We have all seen the television shows of hoarders and their lifestyles.
The homes filled to the brim with everything from old food and their wrappers to junk cars covered with broken lawn furniture, tarps, and bicycles.
If you have ever been to a residences of one of these individuals you will be knocked-over by the overall putrid stench of rot and of lost logic.
These people grab & collect things - EVERYTHINGS! Everything that is even remotely around them. These people convince themselves that ONE DAY they might need a particular item so that they do not want to Let Go of it right now.
These individuals are emotionally attached to the thought of resourcefulness, thus, they are attached to EVERY item that one day, may be of use to them.
The net effect is that these people do not have the ability to live in an environment that is useful to them and it is literally impossible to distinguish to these people what they need and what they don’t need.
In the exact same way WE ARE ALL HOARDERS OF THOUGHTS.
There is a never ending narration that happen inside of all of us that fills us with emotionally charged thoughts that bind us an extraction of reality that is not at all useful to us in this or that particular moment.
LET GO! - Let go of the physical presence of thoughts that are not needed in this moment. In every moment.
Work to become a minimalist of thought. It’s healthy. It’s clean.
