Is God a He or a She or Other?

Post by Beauty »

There is man in Heaven, man in Hell, just like people on earth, people in prison. God is only God within, "God with us"- our Higher Consciousness - Higher Mind - guiding us in the right way in life. So your God if you are male is a He, if you are a female is a She, if you are a Eunich is other. This God is our holy side, holy face. Our unholy side - unholy face is in Hell for correction where Hell is earth. Our spirit becoming holy we are out of Hell/earth, we find ourselves in Heaven with our Higher Consciousness becoming Highest Consciousness, and we are man in Heaven and God within is Highest Consciousness. God is Spirit - Holy Spirit. There is no other God than God within, for you there is only one God, for me there is only one God but there are as many Gods as many of us are there, but your God is specific to you and mine is specific to me and so in this sense, "God is one," otherwise Gods are many. "Know ye not that ye are all Gods, and the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?" There is no other religion than religion within which is to be holy - no wickedness. Greatest religion is listening to our God(Higher Consciousness) - "Listen to what the Spirit says to you." Under God's guidance, listening to our God we walk into Heaven. Keeping no vices either, we become All Consciousness - God ourselves - The Spirit - all knowing, all seeing, all present, all competent, all powerful - "Omnipotent", "Omnipresent," "Omniscient," "Omnicompetent" etcetera. Who disagrees?

God is genderless. Outside of being described as humanoid and spirit in the Bible, there is no physical description.

Since God exists only as a character in a fictional book, then he's a he, because it says so in the book. He's a he in the same way as Voldemort is a he.

I'm presuming that since the Bible has been generated by men, then describing God as He is the reason since it does say no one may look upon God's face and live.

Do you know what is meant by no one may look upon God's face and live?

I vote "other." Specifically, "God is . . . an uninteresting topic."

You really can't say that Terrapin since you elected to post onto this thread. You're not trolling, are you?

That doesn't make any sense. If I posted to say it's uninteresting to me, it can't be the case that it's uninteresting to me? How are you figuring that? Do you believe that it's just not possible to have an opinion that something is uninteresting?

This board is really slow. I read at least the first post of every thread because I keep hoping for a more active, overall more interesting philosophy board here. I'd like it to be active enough that I couldn't possibly keep up with every thread, and so I'd have to be pretty choosy about the stuff I'm most interested in.
