What gets you out of bed in the morning?
What do you strive for?
Deep in your soul...I have the funny feeling that for most of us, if we were honest with ourselves, our motivation, our main focus of our lives, revolves around the pursuit of one or more of these:
- 1 Lust
2 Gluttony
3 Greed
4 Sloth
5 Wrath
6 Envy
7 Pride
Are we just sick tormented, spawns of Satan dancing at the gates of hell?
...and I think the worst of us just may be, those who wrap themselves in god or the scriptures or their pseudo-holiness.
We're fucked-up.
So fucked-up that I believe we are unable to depart from the Seven Deadly Sins in any way, in any thing we do. We're just too attached.
It's the state of our consciousness. And from that there is no escape...[/size]
