Excellent. Now I have a new name for my penis. Well, besides The Hydra!

Actually it is unlike a penis in a particular way.

Small ones are better than big ones. And having none at all is best of all.

How many guys are going to say that about their dicks?

I can't answer that without being politically incorrect.

Why would one be proud to have a penis? Misogynists need not reply.

Many moons ago I debated a theist on a forum asking how theists could justify calling God "He" and pointing out that the anthropomorphism made them look silly.

He explained that God was a penetrative force - penetrating us all (baybee!). Once I stopped cackling it was clear what he meant - that spirit infuses matter. Even so, assigning a male gender on that basis seems about as logical as referring to X-rays, ultrasounds and MRIs as male because they penetrate.

Oh well, as long as it keeps them off the streets ...

As I typed 'none at all' I was aware that I was straying onto the battlefield of gender issues. But wanted to keep my response short and sweet.
Having no religion, and having no penis are pretty much on a par, in the case of the female side of things.

"Penetrative force", and this is an advert for religion? Thanks, but no thanks. I'm not bending over for god.

He was just rationalising in the face of a challenge to his assumptions. In hindsight, I think he'd see it as a marketing error.

You don't have to bend over, HB. God has been bonking each of us senseless all our lives. Blinded by information and qualia, which is seemingly functioning as a date rape drug, we apparently don't notice the old boy getting himself in there and giving Creation a bit of action. By contrast I expect that a female deity would engulf and consume.

Maybe that's why the deity has such a problem with us having sex? The Lord is a jealous god ;)
