I can't answer this one as I don't know all of the pertinent facts. To make this more interesting, I'm wondering how this relates to pro- and anti-gun viewpoints since nuclear weaponry are kind of the biggest guns around?:

At best, if Iran abides, the world has about fifteen years before Iran nukes Israel and any one else they have a mind to.
Realistically: Iran will not abide, will continue its atomic development, will use sanction relief to torment everyone, and will nuke Israel (and any one else they have a mind to) within the next five years.
