Rachel Dolezal

Post by vegetariantaxidermy »

A bizarre case, but one that invites interesting discussion and debate. Can we really change our 'race' at will? What is race? Black people in the US have a long and racially fraught history. Can a white person honestly claim that history as their own?
It's funny to see the confusion from all quarters. The politically correct are flitting around like chickens without heads. We even have a new word: 'transracial'. The strangest thing to me is how anyone could have thought she was a black woman in the first place. I mean, seriously...

To use your own words:

"Haven't you got better things to worry about? It doesn't fucking affect you in ANY way."

"It doesn't warrant a philosophical debate. Explain then how it affects you personally. In a rational sense, not a bullshit religious one."

Troll. I knew you would have something bullshit to say. Was I saying this should be illegal? You clearly are just a bag of hot air and have no concept of what denotes philosophy. You think it's just a lot of incomprehensible babble (hence your posts).

There's a technical term for you: "ignoramus." If you knew what philosophy is, you'd also know you are being hypocritical.

I asked if you could be any more pathetic and your answer is a resounding "YES!"
