Is this a cure for backache?

Post by Philosophy Explorer »

The article appears to make sense:

http://www.npr.org/sections/goatsandsod ... -back-pain

Describes simple exercises. Who knows what's next? The cure for the common cold?

Most of the ideas I already had before.

I am going to implement them one by one with a new motivation now.

Walking while using certain muscles with each step is what I am going to do even more now.

I often change something in my posture while walking, just one detail, and observe the results and hope that different muscles get used more.

For the common cold one needs to feed the right sort of bacteria inside oneself. So that the bad ones don´t have a chance to settle.

One point about the J-spine.

Is there no danger of getting a hollow back or sway back of hyperlordosis ?

If the authorities see value in this, one way of educating the public would be through gym class. The payback could be substantial.
