Dear Kishan Maisuria (Mr)
Thank you very much for your reply.
I am finding that the Diversity Reports reveal much about the values, ethos and culture in the Financial Conduct Authority with regard to Race.
There appears to be a Race missing in the diversity reports. It appears that no effort has been made to record, monitor and report on the difference between the IC1 White North European Race and the IC2 Dark South European Race. It is possible that there could be horrific inequalities between the IC1 White North European Race and the IC2 Dark South European Race that have not been reported.
1. Does the Financial Conduct Authority record, monitor and report on Race Relations between the IC1 White North European Race and the IC2 Dark South European Race, like the Police?
2. Who can give me an explanation for the huge Racial Inequalities contained in the Annual Diversity Report?
The Diversity Report says:
"When broken down further, the table below shows that all groups have been promoted in line with the FSA staff population, except for Black staff."
3. Who can explain the apparent problem there is with Black staff?

It is possible that there are poor Race Relations between the IC1 White North European Race and the IC2 Dark South European Race in the Financial Conduct Authority and that this dreadful inequality is impacting relations between other Races and causing financial problems.
I am concerned that poor management of Race Relations in the Financial Conduct Authority is resulting in financial misconduct which is making the Financial Conduct Authority not fit for purpose.
I look forward you reply and to an improved Annual Report 2014 - 15
Kind regards
