The recent convictions and heavy punishment for American school teachers accused of altering student test scores, and prosecuted under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), demonstrates how far a despotic U.S. government has come in being able to convict just about anybody of just about anything.
