I dont think consciouness like the photon has got a frame of refrence. What do think

Can you have a frame of reference without an observer? Can you have an observer that is not conscious? My frame in space is centered on my mass, but it is my consciousness that keeps me centered in time. Being the stardust that I am, I can still feel my center connection towards big bang as the dilating momentum of matter even as I observe it as the past.
