If you accept that every spinning circle has a center, then you must accept the following:

Take a record e.g. Say you were three inches from the center. The record is then moving at a certain speed relative to the turnstile three inches from the center, two inches slower still and finally not moving at all at the exact center.

So this implies that a revolving record always has a part that doesn't move. Either that or you have to deny the existence of the center. What have you to say about that?

The centre of a record is a hole.

So what? It still has a center.

Yes, but does it mean anything to say nothing can go somewhere? I think the point your are making is that relative to any point that isn't in the centre of a disc, the point that is in the middle doesn't go anywhere. That's true, but it is still rotating, so it isn't not moving.
