If you accept that every spinning circle has a center, then you must accept the following:
Take a record e.g. Say you were three inches from the center. The record is then moving at a certain speed relative to the turnstile three inches from the center, two inches slower still and finally not moving at all at the exact center.
So this implies that a revolving record always has a part that doesn't move. Either that or you have to deny the existence of the center. What have you to say about that?

Yes, but does it mean anything to say nothing can go somewhere? I think the point your are making is that relative to any point that isn't in the centre of a disc, the point that is in the middle doesn't go anywhere.
