Some lawyers are extremely creative, if you are willing to pay to see just how far the law can be bent before breaking. You may be surprised.
Speaking from personal experience. There is nothing like the feeling of being in the "arena" when you know your lawyer has the ace up his sleeve. Who cares how he got it, HE GOT IT and you know you are going to win!

That is all that matters, as tomorrow is another day and defeat lingers, but winners move on.

Ethics? Bah, not in a court room.
