Without anger or defiance, now that I’ve illustrated how to make you realize that trolling your own thread is inappropriate, the thread can continue to offer potentially helpful viewpoints for those earnestly seeking peace of mind, such as folks tormented by uncontrollable, chaotic thoughts that lead to tantrums and childish demands for others to “shut up.”
However if the reader’s cup is not full of bile, or whatever else may cause dear reader to plug fingers into ears, squeeze eyes tightly shut, and sing lalalala to close the sensory gates and focus on maintaining, grooming, cultivating, and amplifying ignorance … then there may be room in the cup for a splash of piss and vinegar to spice up the dialogue, as long as the doseage doesn’t cause the cook to call me Late … for dinner.

Question: Since reality is all the times with us, what does self-realization consist of?
SNM:
“Realization is but the opposite of ignorance. To take the world as real and one’s self as unreal is ignorance, the cause of sorrow. To know the self as the only reality and all else as temporal and transient is freedom, peace and joy. It is all very simple. Instead of seeing things as imagined, learn to see them as they are. When you can see everything as it is, you will also see yourself as you are. It is like cleansing a mirror. The same mirror that shows you the world as it is, will also show you your own face. The thought ‘I am’ is the polishing cloth. Use it.”

Where-ever you go there you are.
Wherever you go, go and troll no more, and there you will be, an authentic, sincere, and earnest human being full of joy and light, ready to be worth something for someone.
For instance, for those anguished about the activities of man on earth, it would be good to realize that only he is real and all the world is temporal.
I would wish you luck wherever you are, but there's always the possiblilty you can't handle it, or at least, you can't understand it when it appears because of trolls livin' it up in your noggin and hopefully causing just your gums to flap.

Have a good day.
(did you hear that?)
