Your scenario is testing for accidents, not murders.

True, you could kill someone with almost anything, but it's much easier when the thing you are killing with is designed specifically for the job.

Sure, I expect less murder in the one with guns.

I also expect a bunch of the women in the playpen without guns to get gang-raped.
