I'm not sure that telling them that all they need to feel fulfilled and happy is to have kids is any more trutheful.

That's not exactly what the video says. It says that successful women reach an age where their prior successes are not enough for current happiness. They feel the need for more. They need to do other things than what they've been doing in order to be fulfilled, and it's a biological need fueled by the question, why am I doing what I'm doing? But, humans are complex and able to supplant one need with another, should a child be a limitation, for whatever reason.

This is simple biology, or nature, if you prefer, which is certainly nothing to be ashamed about. On the contrary, this is to be celebrated. Imagine what that must be like for a trusting little child. Most people shouldn't even have children. Therefore, because a foetus may have a different blood type than the mother, My Body My Choice is a non-sequitur when it comes to abortion.
