What's the basis of "depends"?
What's the basis of any basis?

The answer to your question depends on the answer to mine.

You'd need to clarify if you're asking about concepts or what

I am asking about the basis. Of anything and everything you do.

If it is meaningful to ask "What is the basis of concepts?" then it is meaningful to ask "What is the basis of your question?"

And it's also meaningful to ask "What is the basis of the basis of your question?"

I can't answer this unless I know the basis "of what"?

If you ask "what's the basis of meaning" for example, I don't know if you're talking about a term, a concept attached to the term, the ontological phenomenon, etc. And it's especially not clear when you're asking such questions with the term in quotation marks.

The basis of ANY basis!

What's the basis of knowledge?
What's the basis of ontology?
What's the basis of phenomena?

YES! It's not clear what YOU are asking. It's not clear WHY you are asking anything at all.

That's why I am asking you all these questions.

The same thing would go for that. Are you asking about a concept? An ontological phenomenon? What?

All of the above. Since they are all concepts.

What is their basis?

And since a "basis" is a concept, I am asking what the basis for that is also.

Ontological phenomena are not concepts. (Well, or the vast majority of them are not at any rate.)

Everything you are expressing is a concept.

You can't express a non-concept!

The expression "ontological phenomena"... that's a concept.
