You are denying performatively what you say verbally. That's two, and that's self-contradiction.
Examples: using reasoning in an attempt to disprove reason, or using categories in order to deny categories, or using objective language claims to deny the objective referent possibilities of language.

How can I contradict myself if contradictions don't exist?!?!? To contradict myself would mean that contradictions DO exist. DO contradictions exist, or don't they? How can anybody practice Philosophy with such incoherent foundation?!?

Something cannot be the negation of itself and so that is another example of contradiction

There are also logical fallacies which are also contradictions

That is HOW communication works. Moving 1 bit, 1 mutation, 1 contradiction from my head to your head.

That's all a contradiction ever was. The arrival of new information. A surprise.

If we couldn't contradict ourselves we wouldn't be able to communicate! Language would stop working.
