stand up comedian...I didn't go that path because I just don't have the
ego necessary to do so.....and until recently, I was very uncomfortable

a simple reason, I have found that people on philosophy websites
have no sense of humor...usually it sails right over their head.....

I think one issue is that the OP can be summed up as morals/ethics are important. Once you get into the details of the text, it's wandering, not really justifying things.
